Abstract
At the end of 2019, the world community was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely the coronavirus disease. In Indonesia itself, various efforts have been made to prevent the spread of the virus, including by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions or PSBB. This has an impact on several sectors including education. Learning that was originally carried out face-to-face has replaced with online learning. STMIK Rosma as one of the tertiary institutions applies online learning or online teaching-learning. By using various tools and methods, it turns out that the running online teaching-learning has various obstacles. This study aims to determine how online teaching-learning was during the COVID-19 pandemic and also online teaching-learning which is often used and considered the best during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a combination of qualitative grounded theory and quantitative percentages. The result of this research is that the perceptions of the resource persons regarding online teaching learning are varied, including quite good, but there are those who are less effective and online teaching-learning which is often used and considered the best is Moodle, Google Meet and YouTube.
