Abstract
The pandemic condition has had a serious impact on business activities in Indonesia, including micro, small, medium and large-scale businesses. Therefore, the government carried out various policies to avoid deteriorating business stability conditions in order to avoid an economic crisis. In the banking sector itself, various anticipations have been made to avoid the lack of bank liquidity, such as the policy of leniency in payment of obligations in installments, restructuring of credit for businesses affected by Covid-19 and settlement of credit by closing the debtor's business and selling assets that are guaranteed by the debtor. This can be anticipated by performing several calculations to determine whether the debtor is facing financial distress or even bankruptcy. In this study, 152 debtors were analyzed in the category of Small and Medium Enterprises from various business fields to determine which business fields were affected and the trends from before the Covid-19 Pandemic and during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the study itself indicate that by using 4 methods of bankruptcy, there is a downward trend in business conditions during the Covid-19 Pandemic or indicated in a condition of Financial Distress.
