Abstract
The study aims to analyze the influence of COL and communication skills on IWB and the mediating role of job crafting. Currently, the demand for quality improvement and access to public services, especially health sector is increasing and this is expected to be a driving force for policy makers and health service providers to be more innovative and creative so that health services are more accessible, quality, equitable and affordable in whole society. The respondent data was gathered with total of 99 respondents of employees at public health office in Pontianak answered. Descriptive analysis illustrates the answer of respondents from the dimension of the research with quantitative data. The analysis data method using SEMPLS utilizing SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that COL and Communication Skills has a significant impact on Job Crafting. Meanwhile, COL, Communication Skills and Job Crafting has insignificant impact on IWB. The variable IWB not proven to plays a role as partial mediation.
