Abstract
The results of the Research on the Implementation of Talent Management and Knowledge Management are at an interval that shows very good, and Employee Performance is at an interval that shows good. Based on the results of Test F (15,319 > 3.09), it was obtained that Talent Management and Knowledge Management have a significant effect together on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the t-test (2,875 > 1,984), the results were obtained that Talent Management and Knowledge Management had a significant effect on Employee Performance and the results of the study produced an Adjusted R Square value of 0.540 so that it can be concluded that Knowledge Management and Talent Management together have a contribution of 54% to repurchase intention, the remaining 46% there are other variables that do not affect.
