Abstract

Considering the region's ongoing digital transformation, it aims to facilitate the alignment of the policies and initiatives outlined in the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint. The advent of cyberphysical systems, which characterizes the Fourth Industrial Revolution, has integrated technology into almost every facet of our existence. This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in work systems, work environment and use of technology on employee behavior. The research is using a quantitative technique and polled 135 employees at several companies. Using the SPSS IBM Statistics, we conducted multiple linear regression analysis. Work environment and use of technology have a considerable and major impact on employee behavior, according to this study. At the same time, the changes in work systems have a reverse impact on employee behavior. The act of efficiently and successfully allocating resources to meet organizational objectives is known as management. This in turn affected management decisions that were made within the organization, which in turn affected employee behavior.
