		Author Guidelines
	The submission process consists of the following steps:
 + Abstract Submission
 + Abstract Revieweing
 + Payment Process
 + Full Paper Submission
 + Full Paper Reviewing
 + Revised Paper Submission
 All the steps should be carried out using the online submission system available at the conference website. Authors are advised to read carefully the instructions below for successful submissions.
 Papers presented in The 4th APMRC will be published after peer-review in a selected journal series. Authors are encouraged to follow strictly the publication ethics for scientific publishing.

Creating an user account
 Authors should firstly create an account to use the online submission system. Clicking the option Registration in the option located on the conference website will bring you to a page where  you can input your user information, especially an email which will be  used as the username and password to login. After creating your account,  you will immediately receive an email at your email address. Please  follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and change  the password. After that you can use the registered email as the login  username with your new password to login to the system. After successful  login, you can start submitting your abstract/paper and change your  account information.

Abstract and Paper Submission
 To  submit the abstract/full paper, please Login to the account OCS. Under  the author's view, you will be able to submit documents (Abstract /  Papers). Make sure that you correctly indicate the field of your  submission among the conference topics. After  the successful submission of your abstract or paper, you will be  automatically assigned with a paper ID for your submission. Please, keep  this paper ID as you will need this number if you wish to contact us  regarding your submission.

		Submission Preparation Checklist
	
					- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor Conference).
- The submission file is in abstract and that ONLY MICROSOFT WORD file types are accepted. Please note that the file should not exceed the size of 1MB for abstract and 3MB for full paper.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the template. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the template for Abstract and Full Paper.
