PPM School of Management (Indonesia), Hanoi University of Science and Technology - School of Economics and Management (Vietnam), Department of Business Administration - Asia University (Taiwan), and Widya Mandala Catholic University (Indonesia) will organize The 4th Asia-Pacific Research Management Conference (APMRC) in Surabaya, Indonesia (Online session available), on May 18th – 20th , 2022. We would like to invite you to be a part of the The 4th APMRC and submit your research papers for presentation consideration. Through this activity, scientific papers were presented in management science by academics and practitioners from various educational institutions and companies throughout Indonesia.
The aim of the 4th Asia Pacific Management Research Conference (APMRC) is to provide a forum for academics and professionals to share research findings, experiences, and knowledge for growth and sustainability in Asia-Pacific. Papers presented at the conference may be considered for publication in the selected journals after a peer-review by the conference committee and high quality will go to an official double-blind peer-reviewed process by the journal.

Prof. Nigel Culkin
Dr. Nigel Culkin is a Senior Academic Manager at the University of Hertfordshire (UH) and rightly acknowledged as an expert in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurial Learning. He has published widely in small business leadership, the role of entrepreneurial universities, graduate enterprise and digitalization, as well as completing projects for UK and overseas government agencies, large multinational organizations and Research Councils. He was awarded the title of Enterprise Educator at the UK National Enterprise Educator Awards in 2012; elected to the post of President at the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE) in 2014 and in 2015 was invited to join the prestigious Peer Review College at the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).

Dr. Edhijanto Widaja Taufik
Dr. Edhijanto Widaja Taufik hold Master of Business Administration from Institute PPM in 1986 and Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management from University of Indonesia in 2014. His topic in doctoral research is how to create the strategy for real estate company in turbulence time. After graduation of his bachelor degree, he worked for a subsidiary company in Indonesia of Internatio-Muller, the Netherland Public Listed Company. And then three years after, in 1989 he established his own company in trading, and building & interior construction. Since 2005, his company focuses more in land development with the first development was commercial shophouses complex at Tanah Abang Textile and Garment Center in the Central of Jakarta. Then his company entered to transient property to gain recurring income by building four stars hotel in Bandung. His business has grown very well passing through the economy turbulence in 1998 and global crisis in 2008. Now the group owns and manages 10 subsidiary companies in four different sectors: real estate development, hospitality, healthcare, and agriculture. In 2012, he achieved AM Kadarman Award for Strategic Change Leader – Entrepreneur Category. He is a member of Indonesia Strategic Management Society (ISMS) and Academy of Management (USA). He becomes guest lecture for entrepreneurship and strategic management in some Universities and Institution, such as University of Indonesia, Maranatha Christian University, School of Business and Management Bandung Institute of Technology, PPM School of Management, and Indonesia Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI).

Prof. Ming Lang Tseng
Dr Ming-Lang Tseng is an Editors in Chief of the Journal of Industrial and Production Engineering, Chair Professor in Asia University, Taiwan; Director of Institute of Innovation and Circular Economy and Consultant, Department of Medical Research, China Medical University Hospital, China Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor in De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines and Haitien Scholar Distinguished Professor in Dalian University of Technology, Panjin Campus, China (2016-2019). He held various executive positions in international groups (Textile manufacturing and Real Estate Development) in Asia, East and South Africa for more than 10 years before returning to academia in 2005. His research interests include GSCM, SCP, SSCM, service innovation and MCDM method. He has published more than 180+ journal articles and 140+ conference papers (h-index= 43).

Papers presented in The 4th APMRC will be published after peer-review in a selected journal series. Authors are encouraged to follow strictly the publication ethics for scientific publishing.

Creating an user account
Authors should firstly create an account to use the online submission system. Clicking the option Registration in the option located on the conference website will bring you to a page where you can input your user information, especially an email which will be used as the username and password to login. After creating your account, you will immediately receive an email at your email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and change the password. After that you can use the registered email as the login username with your new password to login to the system. After successful login, you can start submitting your abstract/paper and change your account information.

To submit the abstract/full paper, please Login to the account OCS. Under the author's view, you will be able to submit documents (Abstract / Papers). Make sure that you correctly indicate the field of your submission among the conference topics. After the successful submission of your abstract or paper, you will be automatically assigned with a paper ID for your submission. Please, keep this paper ID as you will need this number if you wish to contact us regarding your submission.
